Increasing Your eBay Response
So you've got a seemingly interested buyer interested in your auction, they've read the description. How do you push them over that line and make them leave a bid? Read on for some tips. If you have not uploaded your item's photo upload a clear sharp picture.I have already written about the importance of the About Me page.Complete that. You'll be surprised how much you can reassure bidders just by creating an About Me page. Sign up at SquareTrade and display their logo on your auction showing that you are committed to have them resolve any disputes that arise. You always see this on PowerSellers auctions - it makes you look more professional. Build confidence with buyers.Write clearly in bold font, clearly visible on all your auctions, your terms and conditions, giving details of things like shipping times and prices, your refund policy, and any other impoortant business practices you might have. Copy and paste a selection of the feedback comments you get on the item's description page, instead of making bidders go and look for it.This will give the potential buyers a peace of mind. Bidders prefer auctions that don't have a reserve price,so Add the letters NR to your titles and doing this lets them see that your auctions do not have a reserve price. Your description should focus on the benefit that your item can give to the customer, not just its features. Have a look at the word "cheap" and "save".While cheap saves you money,"Remember: 'cheap' is a feature, 'save money' is a benefit. Listing more items, will get more people to respond to your items.Accept unusual payment methods: To reach those last few buyers, accept payment methods that many sellers may hesitate.Offer the widest range of payment methods accepted.

Auction titles
Making your would be buyers find your auctions can be a truly difficult task. Most people only search eBay by title, not by description, and that means it is impossible to cover all possible search terms for your auctions.. Avoid titles such as this....Super rare cell phone wow!!low price" These are stupid things to put in your title, as no-one is going to search for them. Then how do you put a good title?Simple you think like a buyer, and what would you type in to find your auction?Think like other sellers: Keep an eye on sellers who are doing well with items like yours, and try to copy their title styles ---do not copy the title itself!!.. if it works for them, it can work for you. Write the item's brand and specific model number in the title, as people will often search only for this information. Make sure that you also say exactly what the item is. An example:"Motorola RAZR V3 cell phone"followed by a few technical specifications So now that you've written a winning title, you need to start on a great description. Once you've drawn the buyers in with your title, the next thing to do is to tell them all about your item with the description.Getting the buyers excited about your products, should be your objective when writing descriptions, and that's usually hard - but on eBay, if you have the right thing to sell and give enough details, the buyers almost excite themselves.Without being boring, write in a friendly, conversational language, every technical detail you know, including the item's manufacturer, its condition, it's size, where and when it was made,.....and so on. Don't write anything in the description you are not sure about or you do not know what it means,as the chances are someone will, and if you've got it even slightly wrong then you'll look like you don't know what you're talking about. There is no way you can be too thorough: someone, somewhere will appreciate that you took the time to write the extra information.Don't pre-assume that those wanting extra information will contact you to ask a question: many buyers are shy and won't do it.So,just think of all possible questions and write the description in such a manner, that all possible questions are answered there. However if at all a potential buyer does email/contact you with a question, answer their question and update your description. If many ask the same question, put that in bold letters for others to notice.

ebay as a source of traffic
Did you know that you can use eBay to grow your other businesses? You might not like some others make a lot of money on ebay,so till you settle down to makw real money on ebay why don't you use eBay to give your existing businesses a helping hand? Whole new market for your old inventory! Here's how you go about it.Sell leftover stock or used items from another business you run.You can make this a regular route, using it to get rid of things that won't sell for the premium you ask for in a shop, or items that are no longer in demand in the town or city where your business is based. If you know what you're doing and do it in a planned manner, you stand to make a lot of money. But do not go around selling rubbish. You should operate in such a manner that your ebay reputation goes up and not down.A good eBay reputation will make you a great buyer! If there's a requirement for your business, the chances are you'll be able to get it on eBay for a discount. The "About Me" page on ebay is not used by many to it's full potential.Click on 'Community' on the toolbar, scroll to the bottom of the page, click'Create an About Me page' to create your "about me"page. You may either enter your own HTML or let eBay guide you through the process. This is where you can write just about anything you like and link anywhere you like.Just write a little about your website, link to it, and you're done - you'll notice that more people start to come to your site straight away. This means that you can get some traffic to your business' website by linking to your website from your this page and linking to your About Me page from each auction. With a little persuasive sales copy on your site, you may even be able to sell directly to your visitors, cutting out eBay. If you do not have aweb site,it's will definitely work out well to set up a website that does nothing but list your eBay inventory with a few dollars off each item, with a PayPal 'Buy Now'button for each item. Then in your "About Me" page put this link'Visit my site for even more such interesting bargains!',Or any such attractive lines as a link and you're done.

ebay powersellers
PowerSellers are the people on eBay who've made it, recognizable by the little 'PowerSeller' badge next to their name.eBay has a set of requirements which when fulfilled or achieved by a seller on ebay gets him the coveted position of a powerseller along with a badge. To get in at the minimum PowerSeller level, you must have a feedback rating of at least 100 (minimum 98% positive) and sell at least $1,000 worth of items every month for three months in a row. There are different levels of PowerSeller membership as you sell items of greater value: $1,000 total is bronze,$3,000 is silver, $10,000 is gold, $25,000 is platinum and $125,000 is titanium. PowerSellers think far more like regular off line shops. They sell the same items again and again, every week - regular stock for regular customers. They keep inventories and operate within a budget. Just like a real shop, there can be hard times, but their income is stable and their business can grow slowly. The best advice I can give you on operating on ebay like a power seller is this: don't take long-term risks for short-term gain. Look after your reputation, manage your selling properly, provide good customer service and the rewards will come to you in due course. And you'll get a little badge next to your name that makes people trust you more!

Medical transcription-3
Transcriptionists who have completed some kind of formal training,or those who have some experience stand a better chance of getting hired by a company for working from home as a medical transcriptionist or for working in their regular office.A Certified Medical Transcriptionist, stands a 100% chance to get hired.Having said this i should also say that the CMT certificate is not mandatory for you to get hired. However with this certificate, you are likely to earn more in comparison to those who have only a formal training.A Certified Medical Transcriptionist(CMT) is one who passes the national exam given by the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT).The certificate so given will be valid for a period of 3 years and every 3 years,CMTs must earn continuing education credits to be recertified.Even without this certificate you can earn anywere between Rs.18000/-to Rs.25000/-easily in India. In fact, most transcriptionists need only a couple of years'experience before they can pass the test to become a CMT.Provided you have a good command over english, even when spoken in a different diction, especially with a US accent, provided, you have a good command over medical terminology, you can do well in this field.Medical transcription courses may take anywhere between 6 months to one year on job training(you shall be given stipend during this period) or two years for a full course. If you already work in a medical field, and simply want to switch to working from home, you may only need to learn how to transcribe,as you may already have the vocabulary you need. For more such ways to earn money online do keep coming back.
